Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My water heater had burst. By the time I discovered the problem, I had about two inches of water in my basement. I called Shane. He was able to get to my place in about 20 minutes. He let me use his pump, and
went to pick up a new water heater. He had it installed in about two hours. Thanks Shane!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My water heater was leaking. I called as soon as I saw the problem and within a half hour had a plan in place for replacement. Less than 4 hours after I found the leak I had a new water heater in place. They took care of the old water heater as well. VERY responsive and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
